If you are digitizing a Nestype font strictly in-house to stitch physical garments, hats, patches, or merchandise for sale (without selling the digital embroidery files), our standard Commercial License or Extended License covers your usage.

Case 02 — Digital Stitch Files
Selling Digitized Embroidery Alphabet Files
If you wish to convert a Nestype typeface into digital machine embroidery formats (such as .BX, .PES, .DST, .JEF, .EXP, or .VP3) and sell those digital alphabet sets or monograms to third parties, you must obtain our Extended / Embroidery License.

Sell digitized stitch files (.PES, .DST, .BX, etc.)

What is Permitted
- Converting letterforms into stitch-only machine embroidery formats (with Extended License).
- Selling finished physical embroidered merchandise (with Commercial or Extended License).
- Modifying stitch density, underlay, and pull compensation to suit fabric requirements.
What is Strictly Prohibited
- Bundling or distributing the original
.ttfor.otffont file alongside your embroidery files. - Selling scalable vector alphabet packs (
.SVG,.EPS,.DXF) extracted directly from the font glyphs. - Using the exact original Nestype font name as the primary trademark of your digitized pack without attribution.
